Behavior
Aggressive pets may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse services if a pet is unmanageable or a risk to staff.
Payment
Payments must be made in full before or at the time of service. No refunds once the service is rendered.
Property Damage
Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet to the facility or staff property.
Changes to Terms
