Fish Health: Dwivedi Pets is not responsible for fish mortality unless caused by proven negligence during service.
Consumables: Filter media, fish food, conditioners are not included in service charges.
Access: Client must provide access to water & electricity near the aquarium.
AMC Payments: Collected at the first visit of the month.
Emergency Visits: ₹500 + service cost.
Cancellations: AMC visits must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
Equipment Liability: Pre-existing faulty equipment is not covered.
