At Dwivedi Pets, your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are our top priorities. By booking or using our Pet Transport services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1️⃣ Eligibility & Health Requirements

• All pets must be clinically healthy and fit for travel.

• Pets must be up-to-date on core vaccinations.

• Dwivedi Pets reserves the right to refuse transport if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or distress.

2️⃣ Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Booking requests submitted via the website are not confirmed until verified by our team via phone or message.

• Accurate details (pickup, drop-off, pet type, weight) must be provided during booking.

3️⃣ Transport Safety & Handling

• Pets are transported with care, patience, and professional handling.

• Suitable carriers, restraints, and safety measures are used based on the pet type.

• Owners must inform us in advance about:

  • Anxiety issues

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Special medical needs

4️⃣ Owner Responsibilities

• The pet owner is responsible for:

  • Providing correct information

  • Ensuring the pet is ready at the scheduled pickup time

  • Carrying any required documents (vaccination record, ID, etc.)

• Dwivedi Pets is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address or unavailability of the pet.

5️⃣ Emergency Veterinary Care

• In case of a medical emergency during transport:

  • Dwivedi Pets may arrange immediate veterinary assistance.

  • All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

• Every effort will be made to inform the owner before any medical decision, where possible.

6️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24-hour prior notice is required for full cancellation refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

7️⃣ Service Limitations

• Dwivedi Pets does not guarantee transport for:

  • Highly aggressive pets without prior disclosure

  • Pets with severe medical conditions unless approved in advance

• Transport timings may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

8️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

• Dwivedi Pets is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Stress-related behavior caused by travel

  • Delays beyond reasonable control

• Our liability is limited strictly to the scope of the transport service.

9️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our Pet Transport service, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You agree to comply with all policies mentioned above

• You accept full responsibility for your pet’s health and related expenses
